The Textile Special Parts Business Department is a department under our company. It majors in processing the core parts of the textile machinery as the mainstay. It was reincorporated from ex-Zhejiang Zhongbao Automatic Control Machinery Co.
Presently the department has installed Japanese Koyo KC-500/300 spindle stem-purpose grinding machine,RFMX80/RFSV80 vertical processing center,RFCZ16 fine processing machine,V15 Taizhong fine processing machine,TX68 boring machine,etc.,specializes in making the two-for-one trwisting machine serial spindles,serial core components for the airstream yarn spinning machine, gear box(cam box) assembly, and weft feeders. The yearly output capacity exceeds 300 million RMB.
The department carries out ISO9001:2000 QC system and ISO14001:2002 environment protection system in an-all round way.
