The Plastic Business Department is a production department under the company, majoring in the textile-purpose plastic tube,auto plastic parts,etc., incorporated from ex-Zhejiang Zhongbao Plastics Co.,Ltd. ¡°Xinchang Brand¡± textile plastic tubes are its famous products, selling very well at home and abroad.
The department carries out TS16949 QC system,possesses complete equipment and technologies for thermoplatsic injection,coating-decorating,skin-covering,assembling,ultrasonic
welding and mould-making,etc. The product-designing follows a complete mode from the actual effect drawing,through model drawing,3-D drawing,to quick shaping,mould-designing and making (cooperating),etc.possesses quite a remarkable capacity in sedan car internal-external decorative designing and production along with a more than 25 year-experience in autonomous development and manufacture of plastic products.
Presently the main machinery in the department includes: the automatic coating-decorating production line, the thermoplastic moulding and compouding machine,the automatic assembling line,the ultrasonic welding machines,etc., Furthermore, the 3-D NC milling machine and the processing centre introduced from Japan,Germany and the United States as well as Japanese FANAKE 2000i serial full automatic plastic injection machine and 80-1600t Haitian serial injection machines.
